I reserve the right to decline any commission that I don't feel comfortable or not in compliance with my terms.
If you have a deadline that needs to be met, please let me know beforehand to confirm if I can meet it.
Provide a detailed description of what you want & mood reference pictures of things you like to be included.
The art you receive will not have a watermark.
After ordering, I will send the sketch for your approval.
After confirmation of the sketch, I will deliver the color version.
I cannot give an estimated time, but I always try to complete commissions in 3 days but please be aware, it can take longer sometimes.
All prices and payments are in USD.
Payments are done via PAYPAL invoice.
An invoice is sent to your paypal once everything is agreed upon.
I require payment upfront. I will not start your commission until payment has been sent. After payment is done, allow some time for the sketch to be done.
I do allow partial payments for big commissions. Let me know in advance & we can make a payment plan together.
Delivery time depends on the quantity and the complexity of the commission.
When the sketch is finished I will be sending it for feedback. You are free to ask for changes.
You only have 3 free changes in your commission, once you finish your free changes I'll charge 3$ for each change you want to do.
I can only do small changes once the commission is finished.
You can ask for updates. I don't charge for showing updates.
Once the art is done NO free changes are allowed.
The size of emotes/badges you are receiving is the original size 500x500 px 300dpi (resolution) and I include resizes for twitch which are 112x112, 56x56 and 28x28, for badges 72x72, 36x36 and 18x18.
I retain all copyright to my art.
The artwork is for personal use. The client isn't allowed to resell it.
The client are allowed to use the artwork to promote themselves on social media, including live streaming. Print the artwork for personal use - as long as they’re NOT making monetary gains off of the work, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
I hold rights to the produced drawing and may use the art for display and promotional purposes.
You can repost my finished commissions with proper credit given to the artist.
You are NOT allowed to change, modify, trace without my permission, take credit for the art.
40% of the original price: priority orders & stablished deadlines less than 5 or 7 days (ask if available)80% of the original price: merchandise (poster, stickers, etc)150% of the original price: promotional game art and assets for a game.
Once I have started on the commission, NO refunds are allowed neither a cancellation.
If you file a chargeback against me, your rights to the commissioned work will be retracted and you will be blacklisted and prohibited from commissioning me ever again.
If money has not been sent yet the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.
